Return and refund

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Course Cancellations by Skillcare.xyz: If a course or program is canceled by Skillcare.xyz due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will receive a full refund.

  • Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Before Course Commencement: Participants who cancel their enrollment at least 7 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

    • After Course Commencement: Cancellations made after the course has started are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Digital Products: Once accessed or downloaded, digital materials such as e-books, software, or online resources are non-refundable.

  • Customized Training: Services tailored to specific organizational needs are non-refundable once the training has commenced.

3. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to skillcare.info@gmail.com with relevant details and proof of payment.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
